Every year, an event by Dessert Professional is held to honor the top ten pastry chefs in America. In 2013, it was held on June 3rd, in New York City at the Institute of Culinary Education. Each chef that is nominated, joins the event to bake and serve any dessert they'd like. To the right, is a list of the chefs that were named top ten pastry bakers in America of 2013. |
